Order preparation time is 3-4 days before we dispatch the orders. Price inclusive of shipping charges. | NO COD order - Please do not place COD orders for the corporate gift hampers. If you place, our team will call you to pre-pay, else, we will cancel the order. Orders once placed are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to customized nature of the product. In the unlikely event your package has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right for you!

You can email your logos/ customization requests in an email to thespringpalette@gmail.com with your order number Our team will also reach out to confirm the customization request and placement of the logo/ design. In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of equivalent quality and design, closely matching the original.
