Exchange in case of damaged/ wrong products:

It is very unlikely, but if in case you received a damaged/ wrong product, do not worry. Just write an email (with order details) to info@thespringpalette.com requesting for an exchange with images of the product clearly showing the product condition. Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition (packaging, tags, etc. - all intact) that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • We will arrange for a reverse pickup and have the product replaced upon inspection

Refund in case of product return:

Well, that's an odd situation, but we want you to be happy at the end. In case you don't like our product and feel like returning it,  write an email (with order details) to info@thespringpalette.com requesting for a refund. Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
  • Certain product categories are not eligible for returns - Customised products, gift hampers and wall art frames/art prints.
  • How to return the product:
    • You should mail your product to the specified address given in the email you receive for your refund request. 
    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition (packaging, tags, etc. - all intact) that you received it. The package must be securely packaged to avoid any damage or loss during transit and should reach the warehouse in its original form.
    • You will have to bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

In case you change your mind and want to cancel the product,  write an email (with order details) to info@thespringpalette.com requesting for a cancellation. 

We will deduct the transaction charges (2%) incurred on the order value and issue you the refund.

Please note that cancellation is only possible if the product hasn't been shipped from us. 

Anti fraud policy:
  • Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package.
