In the unlikely event your package has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right for you!

You can email your logos/ customization requests in an email to thespringpalette@gmail.com with your order number Our team will also reach out to confirm the customization request and placement of the logo/ design. In the event that an item in your order is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of equivalent quality and design, closely matching the original.
